Markers That Help Measure Communication Quality

In my last post, I mentioned that there are some useful markers to consider for measuring document attributes that directly impact communication quality. Based on our own research, we find that the majority of individuals describe a quality technical/scientific document using the following terms:

Accurate
Compliant
Consistent
Clear
Concise
Grammatically correct
