Poll Regarding Your Document Review Experiences: Efficiency of Review

We are looking to collect more information about your experiences with document reviews. Our first question concerns the efficiency of document review. One simple measure of efficiency is how many rounds of review it takes to get to a final document. Our experience suggests that many organizations have as formal or informal target to complete documents within two rounds of review. So we would like to know how often this happens for you.
